Bankruptcy Law
In the sphere of bankruptcy law, Mr. Fabris and Rino Feltrin, saw the grant of an application for preventative agreement, now already approved, containing also the fiscal transaction provided for by Art. 182 Point 3 of the Bankruptcy Law. The agreement was the first in the province of Treviso and is still one of the few in Italy.
