Contractual Responsibility
Mr. Fabris and Milani successfully defended a multinational Italian producer of clothes and specialist equipment in a civil case against the insurance company R.C. Prodotti. The adverse party was ordered, as a dispensation to the insurance mechanism entitled Claims Made, considered oppressive, to compensate the Italian company.
The sentence acted to clarify and confirm the theory held by the Law Firm in a very controversial and not yet fully established jurisprudential position.
