Lodovico Fabris and Simone Cecchin assisted a company operating in the production and sale of thermoplastic and thermosetting dust in a complex handover deal of the minority share capital to an Austrian Group.
The handover set out the grant of the deferred right of option to purchase the remaining share capital to the buyer, with the relevant settlement of the criteria of calculation of the future price. The transaction also dealt with agreements pertaining to the composition and the guidelines adopted by the administrative body up until exercise of the granted option.
