In addition, still in the sphere of international law, Mr. Cheso assisted a Monegasque company in the process of researching and creating an Internet portal localized to the Principality of Monaco, aimed at the activities of e-commerce and performance of services.
The work undertaken was in relation to the research and verification of the referential regulations, both as regards administrative aspects, and as regards fiscal aspects, the management and co-ordination of negotiations with potential industrial and financial partners and the arrangement of the supporting contracts.
