Lodovico Fabris and Andrea Milani acted for a company operating in the production and commercialisation of padding in the medium-high bracket of the Italian market in an M&A transaction aimed at the handover of the firm to a Swedish multinational.
The deal also involved assisting in the spin-off of the property assets -later leased back to the acquired company- and the transfer of around a dozen sales and retail commerce firms.
The Firm also dealt with the contracts of employment of management and the management deals.
