Trust
Attilio Cheso has dealt with the study and creation of a foreign Trust for an Italian disponent, having as its goal real estate and share holdings in Italian companies and abroad.
In terms of this project, all the contractual and fiscal aspects were examined, evaluated, dealt with and optimized, both of the Trust deed itself as much as the deeds premonitory and successive to it, such as those for the creation of a foreign holding company and for the appointment of the various assets.
