Fabio Pinelli of Counsel, criminal law
A graduate from the University of Milan, he specialises in criminal law and corporate crime and is a member of the Padua Order of Lawyers.
Involved in numerous cases with national significance, he has acquired extensive experience in relation to criminal environmental law, criminal employment law and criminal corporate law.
He was a member of the Union Commission of Criminal Chambers for reform of the Criminal Code and lectured on the "Code of Conduct and the technique of criminal defence" at the Training School for Criminal Lawyers.
